🔥 Our Mission & Ambition

We, at Incubateur HEC Paris, fight for employment, employability and working conditions. We fight to give France its own entrepreneurial path, focused on customer success and employee satisfaction; and for this, we build champions, because champions can change the world.

To become a leading player in Entrepreneurship, HEC Paris needs to consolidate its position locally (France) and grow its aura worldwide. It also means to support the best people and propel their business while always challenging our own results at the light of:

• Excellence above all: improve the quality of the program, attract the best resources and optimize their allocation
• Diversity: source more projects and more diverse profiles of startups, founders and experts to enrich the collective, locally and internationally
• Value: attract and deliver more high quality resources to support the entrepreneurs while enabling them to develop new opportunities

🔭 Our Value Proposition

We are building a program that will power our companies from 0 to CAC40 and become a company lifetime program.

In order to achieve that value proposition, we are always:

• Muscling our current program in order to get a bigger volume & higher diversity of projects
• Extending our program to earlier and later maturity stage startups and adapting to their needs

💯 Our Numbers

Every 3 months we read 70+ application files, and we physically welcome a new batch of 5 to 15 startups. We also have online international programs.

Meanwhile, our alumni community of companies big enough to move to their own offices grows by the same amount.

The same number of startups grow outside our space, allowing for a rich mix of both mature and younger entrepreneurs to work alongside in our 700m2 space at Station F. This also means that every 3 months we have new entrepreneurs to introduce you to.
